Tha\u00eds Rozzeto has over 10 years of experience in the tax area, having focused his work in the advisory and administrative litigation areas, as well as in matters involving customs law.
\nIn the consulting area, she provides legal assistance to clients from various sectors of the economy, in various subjects, especially in matters involving indirect taxes and customs law. She also has extensive experience in tax audits, compliance and obtaining municipal, state and federal certificates. Within administrative litigation, in addition to acting in the defense of clients\u2019 interests in administrative proceedings arising from infraction notice, she also practices with administrative proceedings whose purpose is the recovery \/ offset of taxes.<\/p>\n
Tha\u00eds has earned her MBA degree in Tax Management at the Instituto de Pesquisas Cont\u00e1beis, Atuariais e Financeiras (FIPECAFI) and she has also obtained her title of Specialist in Tax Law from Funda\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0Get\u00falio Vargas (GVlaw) School of Law in S\u00e3o Paulo, where she also completed the Technology Business and Intellectual Property Taxation course.<\/p>\n
In the 2017\/2018 biennium, she was a full member of the Customs Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar, Chapter of S\u00e3o Paulo, where she participated in discussions on current customs issues, as well as proposals for improving and updating customs legislation.<\/p>\n
