Beatriz Ribeiro Fernandes

Beatriz Fernandes has practiced in the tax and customs areas since the beginning of her career, advising clients on consultations and administrative proceedings involving direct and indirect taxes.

In addition to assisting clients with tax compliance, she supports the preparation of legal opinions, the obtaining of special tax regimes and state and federal tax clearance certificates, as well as the conduct of administrative tax litigation.

She holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is currently pursuing a lato sensu postgraduate specialization in Tax Law at the University of São Paulo (USP), Ribeirão Preto Law School.
